Recently, United States gave $400,000 to Vietnam in order to study the clean-up of the effects of Agent Orange‘s dioxins. And this is from a country which gave a million dollars to a grandmother who spilled hot coffee on her lap!

The many peoples who have suffered “The Home of The Brave” must be wondering: Would USA even maintain its wealth if it paid for all the devastation it has caused? What if South East Asia, Central and South America were to receive the same reparations from the US which Israel receives from Germany? What if even only Bhopal did so?

One cannot help but wonder about Russian agents’ grim sense of humour when they, allegedly, poisoned Victor Yushchenko—of the Orange Revolution fame—with dioxins.
